Located in the heart of REO Town, Lansing, the Ourspace Creative Studio is a 1,600 sq. ft. production space built for content creators, filmmakers, photographers, and marketing teams who need a flexible, professional environment to bring their ideas to life.
The studio features a 12x12 cyc wall, six stationary desks, and a conference table, making it ideal for both production and collaborative work sessions.
Additional gear and amenities are available for rent, including:
C-Stands and professional lighting equipment
Paper backdrops (red, white, grey, brown, and green)
Teleprompter stand (requires your own iPad to project from)

How it works
Ourspace Creative Studio is available exclusively to production companies, marketing teams, and professional creatives. To maintain the quality and purpose of the space, all bookings require an initial inquiry and approval before confirmation.
Here’s how the process works:
Submit an Inquiry: Complete the Studio Rental Inquiry Form with details about your project, preferred dates, and equipment needs.
Approval: Our team will review your request to confirm availability and ensure the project aligns with the studio’s intended use.
Invoice & Confirmation: Once approved, we’ll send an invoice for the rental fee. Payment is required in full to secure your booking.
Access & Instructions: After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with studio access details, usage guidelines, and setup instructions for your scheduled date.
